Why universities switch
The exam hall, rebuilt for a digital campus.
Every paper exam costs paper, printing, people and weeks of waiting. Exam moves the whole thing onto the screens you already own.
Cut the cost of every exam
No question papers, no answer booklets, no printing, no couriers and no evaluator fees for objective exams.
Results in minutes, not weeks
Every script is marked the moment you press one button. Publish results the same day.
Malpractice in plain sight
Each screen signals suspicious behaviour in colour, and every attempt is on record.
Nothing new to buy
No servers, no internet, no new hardware. Your existing labs become exam halls.
Fair by design
Every student sees the questions and options in a different order. The neighbour’s screen is no help.
A greener campus
Thousands of sheets of paper saved every semester, and a story your students will be proud of.

An estimate for objective exams, from the numbers above. Transport, storage, sealed packets and re-evaluation requests come on top.
How it works
From a Word file to published results in four steps.
No new system for your faculty to learn. They keep writing papers the way they always have.
Write the paper in Word
Your faculty keep the tool they already know. Questions, options, passages, images and tables carry over as they are.
Create the exam in one click
Set the date, duration and marks. Every paper becomes a sealed exam, ready to copy to the lab.
Students sign in and write
Each student gets a personal password. The screen locks, the clock starts, and the invigilator can relax.
Results before the lab empties
Collect the answer files and press one button. Every script is marked and every subject gets its own spreadsheet.
Security
Nothing else on the screen. Nothing slips by.
From the moment the exam opens until it is submitted, it is the only thing a student can use, and every attempt to leave is written down.
Invigilators read the room by colour
The top of every exam screen changes colour with behaviour. One glance from the front of the lab is enough.
Locked full screen
Taskbars, menus and other apps are out of reach. If anything pulls focus away, the exam takes it straight back.
Every attempt on record
Answering is mouse-only. Key presses, attempts to leave and screenshots all land in the results sheet.
No copy, paste or screenshots
Question text can’t be selected, and the clipboard is wiped every second.
Second screens go dark
Extra monitors are blanked, and only one exam can run per computer.
Reliability
Power cut at minute 42? Pick up at minute 42.
Exams run in real labs, with real power cuts. Exam saves every answer every few seconds, so nobody loses work, and nobody gains time.
- Same answers after any restart
- Time away still counts
- Automatic submit when time runs out
Exam starts
Every answer is saved every few seconds, and on every click.
Power cut
The lab goes dark in the middle of the exam. Nothing is lost.
Back exactly where they were
Same answers, and the minutes away still count, so a restart never buys extra time. The restart is recorded.
Five minutes left
Students get a warning at five minutes and again at one.
Submitted on the dot
Answers submit themselves when time runs out. No late scripts, no arguments.
Results
Marked before the lab is empty.
One button marks every script and builds a spreadsheet per subject, with integrity and behaviour checks for every student.

Do we need new computers, a server or internet?
No. Exam runs on the Windows, macOS or Linux computers already in your labs. It needs no server, and no internet on exam day.
How much can we really save?
Use the savings calculator above with your own numbers. Most of the saving comes from paper, printing, answer booklets and manual evaluation, all of which go away for objective exams. Transport, storage and re-evaluation requests come on top.
Can students cheat or get out of the exam?
The exam takes over the whole screen, blocks copy, paste and screenshots, blanks extra monitors and records every attempt to leave. A few operating-system shortcuts can’t be blocked by any app, so the exam takes the screen straight back, records the attempt and turns the header red for the invigilator.
What if the power goes out?
Nothing is lost. Answers are saved every few seconds, and the exam resumes exactly where it stopped. The time away still counts, so nobody gains extra time.
What kinds of questions does it support?
Objective questions: multiple choice, questions with more than one correct answer, and comprehension passages, with images and tables from Word.
How long does it take to get started?
Your faculty keep writing papers in Word, so there is very little to learn. Most institutions start with a demo, pilot one lab, then roll out.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your institution and how you run exams. Book a free demo and we’ll put together a plan with you.
